The tweets covered topics ranging from the anniversary of an attempt on former President Donald Trump's life to criticisms of current immigration policies and outreach efforts to veterans in his district.

On July 13, 2025, Congressman Steube marked the anniversary of an attack on former President Trump by stating, "Today marks one year since the attempt on President Trump’s life in Butler, Pennsylvania. They didn’t just try to silence him. They literally tried to kill him…not once, but twice. But God had other plans. President Trump was spared for such a time as this."

The following day, July 14, 2025, Steube criticized President Joe Biden's immigration policies, asserting that they have led to harm for unaccompanied minors. He wrote, "On Joe Biden’s watch, tens of thousands of unaccompanied children were lost or placed in the custody of dangerous criminals. His open border policies were directly responsible for handing innocent kids over to predators. Just last week, immigration officials found migrant".
