Today, the City of North Port and North Port Utilities, honors the memory of Mr. Rick Newkirk, Utilities Director, who served our City from 1975-2021. North Port Utilities continues on with his spirit of community and leadership ensuring quality service and reliability to our customers, while also fostering an environment of teamwork and family.
