SCARECROW COMPETITION - We’re getting into the Halloween spirit and joining the 1st Annual Downtown Sarasota Scarecrow Competition! Mayor Hagen Brody created this festive scarecrow today right on the steps of City Hall today (with First Puppy Rudy supervising). Look for scarecrows on display at participating businesses now until Halloween…and cast a vote for your favorite.
