Congressman Greg Steube has recently shared a series of updates on his social media platform, highlighting both professional engagements and upcoming events. His posts provide insight into his activities in Washington, DC, and involvement in community initiatives.

On June 10, 2025, Congressman Steube expressed his appreciation for meeting with Sarasota’s Child Protection Center in Washington, DC. He noted the organization's longstanding commitment to child advocacy and protection. In his post, he mentioned discussing the Crime Victims Fund and exploring further ways to support the center. "It was an honor to meet with Sarasota’s Child Protection Center here in Washington, DC. For over 40 years, CPC has been a pillar of our community, leading the way in child advocacy and protection."

Later that day, Steube commented on fellow Congresswoman Linda Sánchez's performance in a light-hearted manner. Referring to her as missing a swing metaphorically associated with her team’s performance. ".@replindasanchez took a swing and missed. Fitting, since that’s kind of her team’s thing."

In another post on June 10th at 22:30 UTC, Congressman Steube announced his participation in the annual Congressional Baseball Game for charity. He encouraged followers to watch as he prepares to pitch for the Republican team during this traditional event aimed at raising funds for charitable causes. "1 DAY OUT: 24 hours until first pitch... I’m taking the mound again and will be pitching for the Republicans."

Sarasota's Child Protection Center is an organization dedicated to preventing child abuse through intervention services.
