On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Riverview High School standout Kyle Hawkins’ current college team, the Claflin Panthers, won 11-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Rust Bearcats.

The game took place at Wesley Barrow Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 11 a.m. at Wesley Barrow Stadium against Southern-New Orleans Knights.
