Former Venice Senior High School standout Nate Winterhalter played on Saturday, May 17 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Saturday, May 17, former Venice Senior High School standout Nate Winterhalter’s current collegiate team the Lander Bearcats lost 2-5 against the North Greenville Crusaders in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Newman Park at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the North Greenville Crusaders in the tournament.

The Lander Bearcats’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 3 p.m. at Newman Park.
