Former Cardinal Mooney High School standout James Rieff played on Thursday, May 15 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Thursday, May 15, former Cardinal Mooney High School standout James Rieff’s current collegiate team the Florida Southern Moccasins won 5-4 against the West Alabama Tigers in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Henley Field at 6 p.m. and was the first matchup against the West Alabama Tigers in the tournament.

The Florida Southern Moccasins’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 6:15 p.m. at Henley Field.
