Sunday, Feb. 23: Sarasota High School standout David Barrett’s college team wins to Penn Quakers

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Sarasota High School standout David Barrett’s current college team, the Florida State Seminoles, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Penn Quakers.

The game took place at Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Quakers this season.

The Seminoles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. at John Sessions Stadium against Jacksonville Dolphins.
