Congressman Greg Steube, who represents Florida’s 17th district, recently made a series of statements highlighting his views and political stance on law enforcement and immigration issues through social media. Since joining the U.S. Congress in 2019, succeeding Tom Rooney, Steube has been vocal on matters concerning law and order.

On April 26, Steube addressed an incident where a Milwaukee judge allegedly assisted an illegal alien in avoiding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by using a private door while victims were present in court. According to the congressman, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) subsequently arrested the judge, reflecting a restoration of "Law and order... under @POTUS and @AGPamBondi."

In a subsequent message on April 27, Steube expressed his support for President Trump's leadership, claiming that "the America First agenda is back" and associating it with increased national security. He cited securing the border as a key measure to ensure the safety of Americans, concurrently criticizing the previous Democrat approach as endangering lives, declaring that era as "OVER."

Continuing his critique on April 28, Steube condemned the Democratic party's policies, accusing them of favoring open borders and fostering lawlessness, jeopardizing public safety by introducing criminals into communities. He praised President Trump's choices in favor of secure borders and American sovereignty, underlining his belief that these actions would be remembered by the American populace.

Steube, who was born in Bradenton, Florida, and resides in Sarasota, has an educational background with a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. His career in the U.S. Congress follows his tenure in the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2016.
