Congressman Greg Steube, representing Florida's 17th district, shared his views on various topics on April 18, 2025. These included his reactions to recent violence, reflections on religious events, and thoughts on national security and immigration policies. The Congressman, originally from Bradenton, Florida, has served in the U.S. Congress since 2019 and previously was part of the Florida House of Representatives.

On April 18, 2025, Greg Steube expressed his condolences in response to a tragic event, conveying his sympathy and support to those affected. "Absolutely heart breaking to see such senseless violence. We are lifting the FSU family up today. May our Lord be with the victims families and wrap them in His loving arms," he wrote.

Later the same day, Steube commented on the significance of Good Friday, a pivotal day in the Christian faith. He reflected on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, stating, "Even in our sin, Christ went to the cross for us. On this Good Friday, we remember the depth of His love and the power of His sacrifice" he remarked.

In his final post of the day, Steube addressed immigration policies and national security. He articulated a strong stance on deportation for illegal immigrants tied to terrorist groups, stating, "This is America. We don’t give safe haven to criminals tied to foreign terrorist organizations. If you’re here illegally and tied to a terrorist gang, you’re getting deported. But sure, Democrats, keep doing press tours for MS-13 members" he declared.

Greg Steube, who currently resides in Sarasota, Florida, completed his education at the University of Florida, holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor degree.
