Greg Steube criticizes Biden administration's priorities post-hurricane season

Congressman Greg Steube, representing Florida's 17th district since 2019, recently expressed his views on various national issues through a series of tweets. Steube, who has served in Congress following his tenure in the Florida House of Representatives, is known for his outspoken stance on matters affecting his constituents and the nation.

On December 9, 2024, Congressman Steube addressed the aftermath of a particularly devastating hurricane season. He stated: "After one of the deadliest hurricane seasons on record, Floridians are still living under tarps, and Carolinians spent Thanksgiving freezing in tents. Meanwhile, the Biden administration continues to prioritize foreign aid over American citizens." This tweet highlighted concerns about domestic disaster recovery efforts compared to international aid priorities.

Later that day, Steube commented on a legal case involving Daniel Penny. He tweeted: "This case should never have been brought. Instead of thanking a hero who acted to protect others, Alvin Bragg targeted him with politically motivated charges." The congressman criticized what he described as a "weaponized leftist prosecution," asserting that Penny had unjustly faced significant legal challenges.

In another tweet posted almost simultaneously with the previous one, Steube provided additional information by sharing a link for further reading: "Read more here:"
