City Of Sarasotaa, Fl issued the following announcement on Dec. 29.
NEW YEAR'S EVE - Who's looking forward to ringing in 2023 Sarasota-style -- with the Pineapple Drop in downtown?!
Carnival opens at 1 p.m. at Selby Five Points Park with rides for purchase.
Live music kicks off at 8:30 p.m. with three stages in the block party zone. Admission is free.
The City of Sarasota is co-sponsoring the NYE Pineapple Drop Block Party with organizer Destination Downtown Sarasota, and we hope everyone enjoys a fun, safe celebration.
