Cooper City issued the following announcement on Apr. 09.
Our Green Advisory Board and Public Works Department had an awesome time getting a jump on National Arbor Day with students at Cooper City Elementary School. Students learned about the history of Arbor Day, the critical role that trees play in our environment, and gathered outside for a ceremonial tree planting.
Thank you to Principal Miranda, as well as teachers and administrators who helped plan this special occasion!
