Easter Seals Swfl Primary Academy issued the following announcement on Sep. 16.
Our Abili-Tees Work Program helps our adult participants to create custom t-shirt designs as they work independently and alongside our staff. We utilize a cutting machine to print and cut out our designs, and our adult participants assist with selecting the correct size and color shirt, removing the negative space on the vinyl print, and pressing the vinyl design onto the shirts with the t-shirt press. Finally, our work program participants fold and package the shirts for shipment.
Participants from our Adult Services Program who participate in this work program earn an hourly wage for work completed as well as a feeling of pride and accomplishment.
