Census Bureau: More men than women in Siesta Key in 2019

Of the 5,573 people living in Siesta Key in 2019, 49.7 percent (2,767) were women and 50.3 percent (2,806) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Sarasota Review.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,177-to-941. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,619 females and 1,369 males.
