On January 25, 2025, Congressman Steube marked Florida Day with a tweet reflecting on the state's weather conditions and honoring its residents. He stated: "Happy Florida Day! As the snow melts in the panhandle and folks in my district wake up to a brisk 34 degrees—so much for global warming! Today, we honor the Sunshine State and the incredible people who make it great, especially the hardworking Floridians of Florida’s 17th…"

Later that day, Steube addressed international affairs by expressing relief over the safe return of individuals from captivity. In his words: "Praise the Lord that Liri, Daniella, Naama, and Karina are home safe. The difference is clear: Hamas values death and terror; Israel values life and freedom. American hostages still remain in Hamas captivity. We will not rest until every hostage is released, including Sagui…"

On January 26, 2025, Congressman Steube conveyed his approval of current leadership at a national level with a tweet emphasizing American priorities: "You hear that???? That’s the sound of Americans standing up and applauding for taking our country back! Finally, a President who puts America first. It’s about time we stop being the world’s doormat. Hold the line—this is leadership in action."
