Yulee Middle School issued the following announcement on Mar. 15.
Our 8th ELA students have been hard at work on their Argumentative Essays for the 4-H speech contest! 8th graders in Ms. Sammarone's class presented their speeches today. Students in the audience used a writing rubric to assess the speeches and provide feedback.
Students are showing mastery of their ELA standard: ELA.8.C.2.1: Present information orally, in a logical sequence, supporting the central idea with credible evidence.
