Upgrades to Utilities Payment System
We are upgrading our payment system, and it is set to be officially live tomorrow! North Port Utilities customers will be able to check the status of their bill, search billing history, consumption statistics, make online payments, and update their account information in a new, easy-to-use interface beginning this summer! Security features ensure customer confidentiality and offers a multitude of payment options.
Please note, existing customers who utilize the online portal will need to update their information into the new system once it goes live.
Additionally, customers on "autopay" MUST register with the new system and update payment information to continue utilizing the automatic payment service. Customer payment information will not be exported to the new system.
Please visit: https://ipn.paymentus.com/cp/cnp1 and have your account number available to re-register into the system to create a new user name and password to login.
